    I hired ********************* of B&K contstruction on 9/19/2022 to install vinyl siding to my home. On 9/23/2022 he started putting the 1x4 on the back of house which were done incorrectly should have been vertical not horizontal. On 9/27/2022 ***** informed me he needed caulk for windows and door. It was never used and left outside and froze. On 9/27/2022 he also stated he needed another 65 1x4. On 9/28/2022 ***** told me the back door would be put on correctly. I asked again on 10/7/2022 never done. On 10/6/2022 he asked for the second payment. At this point it was 13 days since he was hired and all that was done was 1x4 and vinyl installed to the back. Half the left side sided and half the siding taken off the front and housewraped on a 72x16 foot home He told me it would be done the week of 10/13 then it was going to be finished the following week on 10/24 he said he was going to work that whole week and he never showed up. Realizing he wasnt showing I started calling around and only 1 company would install it that late in the year. So I had to make a decision and let ***** go on 10/27/2022. He responded with shock he couldn't believe it. I told you I was going to get it done. You know how many times I heard that. I have since been informed by more than 1 contractor due to ***** taking the windows and door out to install the siding and then putting the windows back on the outside of the siding it created a 1/2-3/4 gap causing my door to need to be replaced when it rains it rains inside my home and my windows have to be reset. ***** stood by his work but said he would reimburse $1050 on 3/3/2023 on 3/3/2023 he text me saying they put a 7 day hold on it havent heard from him since. Asking for $1254/siding, $87.80/J channel, $125.08 /corner pieces, $12.50/nails, $250/housewrap, extra wood/$678.58, door/$300.00, $100.00/caulk $2100/labor, $1050/labor. Everything has to be redone. ***** caused damage to my home I would never recommend B&K Construction/*********************
