    I was referred to this company to have my ductwork replaced because my house wasnt heating and cooling off properly. My main concern was I didnt have any heat and AC in my bedroom. They came out, gave me a estimate and started the job. When the crew got done, The owner of the company told me I wasnt able to get heat and AC in my room he said they ran into a problem which was never mentioned in the beginning when they gave the estimate on repairs that was supposed to be fixed. Moving forward my house never heated or cooled properly. I called him back out and he told me his house does the same thing because its a older home. This was in March 2021. It is now March 2024 I just had my ductwork replaced again because of the terrible terrible hack job. They found several things wrong under my house. To name a few, the ductwork was laying on the floor, they only replaced some of the duct. I also had heat blowing from my unit to the outside of the house towards the ground. The other company explained every concern that I had and the reason why I was having these issues and I also have AC and heat in my room now. I wish I could upload pictures of the hack job that was done and not add a star bc I wouldnt leave one.
