Purchase was ok. Not good for purchasing a new Trailer. Service was a joke. Brand new 44 foot trailer that had not been cleaned or washed. Then service manager gave us $100. Cost ** $450 to have it cleaned. After we pointed that out he disappeared and no one walked ** through how to use trailer. So there is that. Less than 3 months later the Fiberglass clip blew off the front of the trailer. I have sent text to salesman and called in and left message 3 Days ago without a call text or Email. Strongly suggest buying one somewhere else unless you get 1 heck of a deal. Oh yeah and forgot they screwed up the taxes on the purchase and cost us another $1500. Only thing we found good about the place is the selection.

*****, you were extremely rude to my service department, you were offered a walk thru, we offered to re clean it, you gave us a bad check which took several weeks to collect, and you told me service manager to never call you again. I was in the office the day you picked up and was so rude. I advised ***********, my credit manager, and my service manager to cancel the deal due to your actions. They wanted to let you have the trailer and they overlooked, as best they could, your words and actions. I allowed them to proceed even though you were completely out of line and even though I knew you would never be happy. I sure regret allowing the sale to proceed. Please never darken my door again. I certainly will, however, help you with any legitimate warranty problem. You can reach me via text at ************ anytime. Any and all communication between us will be in writing. Thanks, *****************, owner, *****.

Biggest joke of a company if there ever was! I was so excited ! I bought my horse trailer March 31st. DROVE 16 HOURS TO GET IT. All my paperwork was dated April 4th. It was March 31st. I was not given any copies of my loan paperwork. Three weeks goes by and I have no information to make my first payment. I email to verify they sent the paperwork and like magic it appears a day or two later. Then my lender calls to say welcome to the company blah blah blah and tells me Dixie made the first payment. Ok cool! Took two more weeks to get the title/registration information sent to the branch.(six weeks since i brought it home) Yesterday, a very loud and rude woman named ***** or ***** FROM DIXIE just called DEMANDING repayment of the first payment they made unknowingly to me. She claims she spoke to me directly about having to make the first payment to keep my interest rate locked in (false : interest rate is on the loan papers) PRIOR to making the payment. BOTH ARE FALSE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. When I denied spreaking to her, she raised her voice. LIARS. My first trailer buying/financing experience has been terrible one. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will keep telling my experience. The only kind experience I had was with the salesman ****. This dealership needs to be investigated.

This statement by ************ is a ********************, except the part where we made her first payment for her!  That part is very true!  This problem began when ************ sent in her expired driver's license.  We could not accept that and so advised her.  She then called my credit manager and was very rude, ugly, and used much profanity, where upon we stopped talking to her.  This expired driver's license fiasco caused the delay in processing her paperwork, and that is the reason we made her first payment to the lender out of good customer service even though it was not our fault.  Anyone interested in this is certainly welcome to call me at ************ for the truth.  *****************, owner, Dixie Horse & ********
