    We had called All In 1 RV etc........ to come out and help us with our slideouts on our camper. As we will find out it late that evening he showed up after he gave us a time which he didn't meet. We asked him more about the slideouts and he said the seals needed to replaced and he said it would cost such and such and scheduled an appointment he never showed up for and there was no phone call or text to say I'm not gonna make it. We went through the same thing in the next week no show no phone call or text. Then week three he said he'd be here today by 12 noon and didn't show he refused to answer texts and calls. So I'm writing you all because paying customers shouldn't be treated this way.

    Called All in 1 RV LLC for mobile work on my 2022 ************ Solitude 390RP-R on *****. Repair guy took my vacuum computer board and stove vent/light computer board/switches to repair. I have called numerous times he doesnt answer so Ive left messages. Also, Ive sent text messages on Nov. 13, 15, Dec. 8, 14, Jan. 3. I have explained if he wasnt going to repair boards bring them back or send a picture of the numbers, on the boards because RV is going in shop. The dealership needs the boards or numbers on boards for filing claims for warranty work. I answered phone once and said the parts were on his desk. I received 1 response to text I just got your text but no follow up info that I need. I went to his shop today and called him while I was there, not there and call went to voicemail. I told him I was filing a complaint with BBB and would call police for assistance. My RV is at the dealership and I wont be able to file on insurance claim without these boards.
