    TODAY I WENT TO THIS COMPANY TODAY MARCH 26 2024 AT ABOUT 10:45 AM THE REASON I WENT THERE IS BECAUSE HUSQVARNA CUSTOMER SUPORT TOLD ME THAT ***************************************** LLC **************************** NORTHPORT, ** ***** IS ONE OF THE OPITON OF PLACES I CAN TAKE MY RIDING MOWER TO FOR REPAIR SO I DID WHEN I WALKED IN TOLD ONE OF THE PERSON THAT WAS AT THE COUNTER THAT HUSQUVARNA SENT ME HERE BECAUSE YOU ALL IS ONE OF THEIR DEALER REPAIR SHOPS FOR THEIR PRODUCTS WHILE I WAS TALKING TO THIS ONE PERSON AND TELLING THAT I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT WORK ON HUSQVARNA ****S UNLESS YOU BOUGHT THE **** FROM THIS STORE THE OTHER GUY INTERUPUTED OUR CONVERSATION AND MOTION WAVE ME OFF OUT OF THIS SHOP AND SAYING GET THE **** OUT OF HERE HE TOLD YOU WE DON'T SERVICE IF YOU DID'NT BUY FROM US I SAID I SORRY I DID NOT KNOW THAT AS I STATED TO THE OTHER GUY,....I FELT LIKE AND WAS MAD AS BLEEP FELT LIKE HUSQVARNA SENT ME TO THE **** DEN FULL OF RACIST K's i TURNED AND WALKED REAL FAST OUT OF THAT PLACE

    Northport Power ********** is a family owned business. My husband , *************************, is age 84 and is the Pres. along with me (his wife -age 78) and our 2 sons. We have operated the business for 28 yrs and have never had a complaint with us using cussing or profanity lanuage. We have signs up that we service what we sell - the reason is that we have had a hard time finding tech or repairmen in the shop. Our present tech is off for approx 3 mos due to his mother ill and died and he had to take off - we don't have personnel to repair what we sell now. However, this did not happen the way this customer explain in his complaint - the owner (age 84) was sitting there and hear every word . In 58 yrs of marriage, I have never hear him say a cuss word and he certainly wouldn't allow it in our store by anyone. We were not able to help this person and he just got made when he realize we couldn't. Husqvarna customer **** may have told him our store was one of the options of places that might could help him but they do not know our personnel problems and did not tell him we had to repair his mower. They wouldn't know our policy that we have to service our everyday customers first no matter what race he was. Right now, we can't take in anymore repairs until our tech returns to work and we can repair what we have already took in that we did sell. If he took it any other way, he did just because we couldn't help him at this time. We tried to explain, but he wouldn't listen - it did not happen the way he complained in the review.

    If I could put zero stars I would! Northport power equipment does not stand behind the contractual terms of the equipment they sell by Husqvarna. My z248f has had multiple issues starting with the incorrect installation of the bagger attachment at the original purchase. One of there young high schoolers did not assemble the deck plate fully , specifically he didn't put a bolt in all the bolt holes causeing the plate to bend up into the deck and destroy the blades and deck. Upon further inspection I pointed out several places where welds on the deck did not penetrate resulting in the separation of the deck in multiple places. I was told I was abusing my equipment and called a liar to my face be yelled at by the owner *****. When I picked up my mower they would not return it to me until I paid over $200. While loading it I pointed out that they still didn't attach the equipment in that specific bolt hole. I have had both steering control parking brakes go out and they attempted to charge me in that situation as well giving me multiple excuses. The engine has started burning oil and after my regular maintenance I discovered a broken air filter causing dirt to get in the engine. I replaced the air filter and the oil filter and it continued burning oil until it locked up and now they will not repair it under warranty when clearly the air filter malfunctioned and broke along the top where the seam is in manufacturing. ***** started yelling at me again on the phone saying it's my fault and they are not responsible. This man is by far the most disrespectful business owner I have ever experienced in my life.
