    The hotel was absolutely DISGUSTING! We were first taken to room # 118, and the Marijuana smell was so bad that you couldn't even breathe in there. When we complained, they gave us a key to another room. Unfortunately, we were heading to a football game at the University of Alabama, the entire reason for our trip, so we did not go to the second room until we returned from the game late at night. When we returned from the game and entered the second room # 120, is when we discovered how nasty the room was. Spider webs with spiders in them in every room. The bathroom had roaches inside the light fixture, and mold and mildew everywhere!! The floor had water coming up through it when you walked on it. It's because the hot tub in the room is leaking into the floor, which is also disgusting with mildew and mold! There was hair on the sheets of the bed!!!! There was a half bottle of alcohol in the room that wasn't ours, and an empty wine bottle in the refrigerator. I have pictures of all of these conditions as well!! When I went to the manager and told him that we wanted a refund, he said that he could refund our money because we went through Priceline to book the room!!! Completely unacceptable!! The hotel was disgusting!! This completely ruined our trip, as we left and drove back home to Florida, arriving at 5:30 the next morning. I have tried several time to get the hotel to refund our money, and they will not return our calls. Priceline reached out to them on our behalf as well, and were told that we actually stayed in the hotel!! What? That's a complete lie, and they should have to refund us for the room that was too nasty and unsanitary for anyone to stay in. The health department needs to be contacted as well.
