On approximately May 22, 2024 I was approached by salesmen **** ******* at my home about the roof. There was obvious damage with missing/lifted shingles and a gutter off the front of the home. He assured my that the company was happy to do repairs jobs and took all the necessary information to put together an estimate. An estimate was sent to me on 6/12/24 for a complete replacement which is not what I wanted. They followed up later on 6/21/24 with a repair estimate of $1,622.21 to which I agreed. The representative Mr. ******* told me payment was due when the work was finished so I signed a contract with them for the repairs. I did not hear anything back from the company about dates but was assured they would be out to do the work. On the morning of 8/13/24 I got a call at work from my neighbor to say someone was on the roof of my house. I called Mr. ******* and he confirmed they were from Ridgeline. I left work and met two men who were at the house. They spoke broken English and told me they were fixing the roof. I called Mr ******* again and he said he might stop by during the day when he was done with other work. About 1:30 I noticed the workers had left. The gutter was laying on the ground and there was some pieces of shingles and roof paper on the ground and in the bushes in front of the house. The bad shingles on the front of the house were still there. I assumed they were returning. After a short time I called Mr ******* and sent him pictures that the job didn't appear finished and asked when the workers would come back. They did not return. Mr ******* made stops out to the house that evening and multiple times since to assure me the work would be finished. His manager ****** insists the job was replacement of 50 shingles and it's complete even if it was not the ones that obviously needed repair and the gutter was not included. The bill is paid but my roof is not fixed.
