    11/11/24 - drove truck to One Stop for transmission rebuild.11/21/24 - truck was "complete w/ exception of one part coming in the next week but would be fine to drive until part received". Paid $3328 and picked up truck. Complete transmission failure on the way home.12/4/24 - customer paid $300 for towing back to One Stop after multiple attempts to reach One Stop and their refusal to pay for towing. 1/3/25 - Paid $517 for towing from One Stop to another repair shop. One Stop repeatedly dodged our calls, wouldn't return calls, and continuously pushed dates out in every conversation. Tried to withhold the vehicle from pickup (although payment had been made) and force me to sign a statement indicating I was voiding the warranty. I refused to sign. One Stop required me to appear in person (130+ miles) before releasing to tow truck driver. Felt like they were unable to successfully perform the work and purposely delayed the process in hopes that I'd sign the document to hold them harmless. The truck has since been repaired by another business, yet I've now paid for this service twice and received nothing of benefit from One Stop Automotive.
