      When I signed up with Sardis Tel . I was told I would get my refund of their modem back when I returned it. 3 years later I got tired of their service cutting out on me and cancelled and returned the modem and asked when my refund would be in my account. I was then told that they devalue the modem over 12 months and they would only give me a basic 25 dollar refund.they gave out outdated **** modems then and nowhere did it EVER say when I signed up that they devalue their modems over time .this place is running a scam knowing that they never intended to give anyone their deposit back . All I'm asking is for my deposit they promised when I signed up 3 years ago. The modem was in perfect working order and all parts sent back to them that I had to pay for shipping it back to them ,and they should honor their end . It's no wonder they have a F minus .

      I got this wifi because I live in a rural area and it was the only option available near me and it worked pretty good for a while until it didnt. EVERY MONTH without fail we get an outage the first Friday of the month and our wifi will be out all weekend long. The customer service for this company is absolutely horrible. when you call the customer service phone number you will be directed straight to voicemail and the voicemail says they do not take service calls. You can create a service ticket on the customer portal but they will not answer your request. This weekend I put in 5 service tickets with NO RESPONSE to any of them. I work from home and need wifi to be able to do my job. it is very disappointing to spend a large amount of money for a service and not be helped when i need help. this company is the worst!

      On February 3rd a debit of $81.67 was made to my checking account for my internet service thru SardisTelecom in Arab/Oneonta. On February 6th, my service went out and remained out for several days. Sardis informs me that I will have to have a new sim card and it will have to be mailed to me, I could not pick it up at the *************** i would have to wait for the mail. I informed them I work from home and could not afford for my service to be off that long. I was told nothing they could do, deal with it. I found another service and on February 14th requested my service be cancelled and a refund issued. I was then told before anything could be refunded, i would have to send in my equipment, it had to be mailed I couldnt drop it off at the *************** I then went to the ** in ******* and paid almost $11 to have the equipment sent to a po box there in *******!! It is now March 13th, i still have no refund and any attempts to reach their office have been useless. I get a recording saying no one is available and access the portal which I no longer have access to due to my service being cancelled. They are by far the worst internet company in the state. The customer service is a joke and the service is worse. Oh and I just received the sim card they told me over a month ago I would get within 24 hours but does be no good because I no longer have their service. i want my whole $81.67 back because I only had service for 2 days THE WHOLE MONTH OF FEBRUARY!
