    I have tried calling and texting multiple times to the business. I have only got one response saying the owner Vincent, will come out and service the unit since it still under warranty.  He has not shown up and the company will not respond to any messages or return calls.  I do not have heat in my house from my unit and I have a 2 and a 4 year old.

    Prior to the installation of the HVAC system and related work, we discussed the payment agreement for services. An agreed upon payment arrangement was signed by the customer, with the current balance being over 7 months past due. We have attempted to contact the customer within the last 7 months without response for payment, but we did go out to check on the customer complaints and concerns voiced above on 12/13/2024. It was explained to the customer (Mrs. *****) that rodent's had been eating at the thermostat wire which in turn caused the issue with the system not working and tied into the complaint regarding no air coming through two of the vents. Once the technician addressed the wiring issue, the system was working properly, and air was coming thru the vent as noted per technician and Mrs. *****. There were no issues noted or voiced at that time. We have explained to the customer that the bill will have to be paid in full prior to appointments being set.
