      ******** experience working with them cannot be expressed in **** characters. They were unprofessional & rude. We were downsized from a 3 bed/3 bath/single family home with private pool, to a tiny 1-bed condo (their choice to move ** due to horrible conditions, not something we asked for). After our stay, I thanked them for moving **, said I knew the poor condition of both rental units was out of their control, & listed several items they should address before the next renter arrives. However, they should have known & disclosed to ** that there was a HUGE condo being constructed next door as well as a strip of smaller condos, with banging starting at 8 a.m. daily. I've checked & they still don't disclose this to renters.Regardless of issues, I only ever asked for correct credit for difference in what we paid for 1st rental vs cost of rental they moved ** to. Before agreeing to be moved, I took a screenshot of total cost of unit for nights we were there, including all taxes, cleaning, insurance, & parking ************* agreed to credit difference (I shared screenshot with them later). They also offered a full refund, but because we appreciated that agent was trying to help **, we instead chose to continue working with them. I doubt I'd have ever received full refund anyway. I remained very patient for >1.5 months after trip to give them opportunity to respond to my 2 emails asking for the correct credit for downgrade. After no response, I called. They were very rude & dismissive but assured me they would investigate why I didn't receive a reply & would call me back the next day. Instead, the desk supervisor sent me a long, ugly email that outlined a fictitious account of my experience. I replied that I would like the opportunity to verbally discuss with her what really transpired & that Id like her to also forward my email to the owner of Sugar Sands to see if he is equally as dismissive about my concerns. I never heard back & havent received proper credit.

      This place is horrible!! Very dirty and unacceptable. Unit 144 was disgusting.
      Roaches, nasty kitchen and bathroom.
      Dirty furniture. Dirty walls, and floors. There was absolutely nothing acceptable.
      This owner should be ashamed to take money from people.
      Do not do business here!!
