    The technician at Lawn Pride of Huntsville used very strong weed killers (3 different kinds) even though we were going through a long, tough dry spell. I spoke with the office (******) and expressed my concerns and sent her pictures of what the weed killer was doing to my lawn. There were over 20 areas that were about 18 inches by 8 inches that were dying. She sent out an Account Manager who tried to downplay the damage by calling it "yellowing" but as of October 1st, the grass in those areas are DEAD. To make matters worse, sometime after that meeting with the Account Manager the technician came back out and applied weed killer AGAIN to add about 5 more areas in my back yard that are now dead! My NEW technician told me the use of weed killers during an extended drought like we had this summer will most likely cause damage like you see on my lawn today. I paid $59 per application for EXPERTS to take care of the weed control and fertilizer for my lawn which they clearly have not done, even AFTER I called them out on it with the Account Manager. I feel Lawn Pride of Huntsville needs to refund me $180 for the last 3 months as they did not take care of my lawn at all, they severely damaged my lawn.

    Sorry you are caught in the middle of this and for the record you are the ONLY EMPLOYEE of LawnPride (that I had contact with) who I would consider a professional who is well versed in their job and shows that every time they are serving the customer!!!  

    So, just to be sure you are aware of my objective here ... I selected the term "REFUND" because it was the only option available on the BBB System ... The bottom line is that I want a refund of $180 for the wasted money, trouble and embarrassment this year and the added costs for me next year to prep all of those spots on my lawn to allow it to grow back quicker so my lawn does not look like I do not take care it, which is EXACTLY what it looks like now and has looked like for months thanks to your technician who obviously made several mistakes on my lawn throughout the year !!!!  If I get the $180 check, I will tell BBB we have come to an agreement and I will close the complaint. If not, the complaint will stay out on BBB forever and I am sure you will lose a lot more that $180 from customers who will steer clear of ************************ based on my complaint and pictures as well as from neighbors and friends who I will advise in the future.

    The company has paid me for damages and future cost to get 20+ spots that they killed in my lawn properly cared for to allow them to recover. I was waiting for their check to clear the bank which it has. You can change the status of my complaint to closed.  Thanks
