1 starNightmare. 1 Year & $5000 Loss.We decided on a **** liner and used their Recommended Installer, paid $5000 in June 2024 for a liner. They sent the wrong size (either their installer measured wrong or they made it wrong), kept saying next week, next week. After 6 months it turned into a fight between Their Recommended Installer and them, with us out the cash and stuck in the middle. In the end they just said it was our fault for not better vetting the installer that They Recommended.Integrity: **** believes in doing the right thing in all situations. 1 starWe havent had the liner for a full two years. After it was installed it had multiple wrinkles and was told it is what it is. We have to love with it or pay for a new liner. At the beginning of our second season, we found 6 holes in our liner and our liner has faded a lot. You think a $30,000 liner would be fade resistant and would have held up better. I do not recommend this companys product. It is not the quality you expect for the price you pay.

A 2-year-old liner will not JUST wrinkle something caused it to wrinkle. If the liner had no wrinkles on installation then it's not the product something has caused it. If a new liner is installed it will have the same result. The liner did not cost ********* dollars. If fading what are the chemical readings?Review fromShane M

5 stars**** is hands down the best in the business. They communicate with me directly even though I am an installer and I buy my liners through distribution. They have an app where I can see what stage of production the liner is in at all times. Your liner tore well it probably wasn't measured or installed correctly. I have multiple liners on at least 10 yrs of service at the moment. If you don't maintain your pool and this includes the winter time yes you will see a decreased lifespan. A good installer will measure and install correctly and educate you on these things. Sadly most people choose the lowest price they can get and you get what you pay for. **** has always stood behind me and I will always only use their liners.Tara Manufacturing, Inc.

5 starsI've been buying **** Liners for 32 years in ******* **. It's rare but if I ever have a problem they fix it. Best vinyl liner company hands down.Tara Manufacturing, Inc.

1 starTerrible at communicating and HORRIBLE at taking accountability for their product, which starts going downhill after about 2 years of being very well kept and *******************. They will put the blame on everyone else except themselves, and their response to the other people's complaints on this site proves that. Their ****** reviews are the same way.Tara Manufacturing, Inc.

1 starHorribly slow, will not communicate with my pool contractor about my liner. It’s been over 4 months and they haven’t made my liner that was planned to take 1-2 weeks.Tara Manufacturing, Inc.

**** can only make a custom liner when we receive the correct measurements. **** has never taken 4 months to make a liner. Communication from **** is to the distributor or dealer we cannot discuss a liner with a homeowner. Please have your pool contractor call and speak with the Inside Sales Manager so we can get to the true problem here. Thank you for your business and we look forward to you have many memories with your beautiful **** liner.
