    I misunderstood for a grooming appt, didnt show. Charged the money. I paid the money. I called to have my sick dog seen, they denied my appt and said I do not align with vaccine policy and grooming even though I paid for the missed appointment, turning away a sick dog is a first for me. They are all about money not care, I want the world to know that this can happen to them. As a nurse, I would never turn away a sick patient nor am I allowed to. HR got on phone to cordially ask me to take my business elsewhere. I will tell u this, that is hurtful

    November *******, we left a voicemail informing you of your pets appointment for grooming and that we would need a copy of your pets vaccination records. We also informed you that if that appointment did not work for you to call us to reschedule 24 hours prior to your pets appointment time to prevention our cancelation fee. On November ******* you missed a groom appointment. Our receptionist called to check to see if you were still planning to attend the appointment. You did not bring your pet, due to not having vaccinations or not wanting to get vaccinations that day. Our manager informed you that we had listened to the phone conversations and that our receptionists did a very good job informing you of what we require for grooming and our cancelation policy. You responded by stating you would find another vet. At that time, we inactivated your account. On May 12, 2025, you called asking if you could get your pet in for an appointment. We informed you that you were no longer an active client.
