I used road mart in ********* **. for a tune up on my I35 ******* When I arrived to pick it up the battery would not start. I went inside to ask if they checked the battery and was rudely informed that it was NOT BROUGHT IN FOR A BATTERY. So myself and my niece jumped the vehicle off ourselves, with no help from Road Mart, and brought it home. It started running hot! it didn't have a radiator issue when I carried it in. They told my boyfriend it was the thermostat when they picked it back up and carried it back to the shop. They also told him that they didn't know I was his girlfriend or they would have checked the battery out. That means they treat women differently if they are not associated with men they know. I had someone else change the radiator and the same thermostat is working perfectly. They broke they other radiator while working on IT. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT TREAT MEN AND WOMEN THE SAME. IT COST ME $651.00 FOR THEM TO DO A TUNE UP . AND TO DESTROY A PERFECTLY GOOD RADIATOR THAT I HAD TO REPLACE BECAUSE OF THEM!
