    This place is the absolute worst business of its kind in the industry and the Wiregrass area. The so-called supervisor/manager is the rudest person Ive ever talked to over the phone. Their tools and equipment are old and less than desirable to perform work for the community. There are no morals or ethics in regards to doing business with customers as it relates to customer service. Meaning, you sign a damage waiver. Once you sign there is no ethics involved to get the job done right with respect and care to other peoples property. ***** tried to appeal and remedy the situation and it only got worse as they hide behind the damage waver you sign. The Supervisor/Manager questioned me, Dont you know how to read? Dont you read what you sign for? Further more, after I said I complained to my insurance (USAA), then I heard, USAA will back me up because I have a damage waiver form signed. If there was a way to post a picture of the damage they caused, ** post it along with my complaint. Dont ever use them personally or through your insurance. THEY DONT CARE!!!

    Horrible liars. I wish I had read all the reviews before letting the tow truck driver talk me into going to them instead of the mechanic I requested. You have been warned. Read review sites before trusting anything they do or say.
