  We bought an adjustable bed in March 2025. We have had it for 2 months, and it is not comfortable and has caused hip and back discomfort. We have followed the instructions to raise it for an hour daily to loosen the latex on the bed, but this has not worked. We have requested our money back, and the company refused. They report no refund. I explained that most companies give you at least 6 months to try a mattress. This is not the case. The owner sold us this bed and mentioned that this is the best mattress on the showroom floor. The owner assured us that we would be satisfied with this purchase, and we are not happy. We have paid over 5k for a mattress. Now he is requesting more money to try to rectify the issue. This requires us to have no mattress while he creates a solution; this is not acceptable, and we want our money back.

  The policy Royal Bedding stands on is to work within the mattress a customer purchases. We can do this because we are the manufacturer of our products. You and your husband were shown several mattresses, including the top-end latex mattresses Royal offers. You chose the latex Plush, which is a premium product of Royal Bedding.
  
  
  The purchase you and Mr. ****** made felt right that night. If you need it to be softer, we are more than willing to adjust your mattress with more padding at a cost we both agreed upon with you. However,this can only be done at our ****** factory. We can make the adjustments. We are the only local company who can do this because we manufactured the mattresses here.
  
  
  We do have a no-refund policy, because we do not believe in selling used mattresses. No one wants a mattress that has already been slept on by someone they do not know.
  
  
  Please let us know if you would like for us to make the adjustments we have previously discussed.

  In April 2022, we purchased an adjustable bed from Royal Bedding in Pelham. We purchased a very expensive bed and they were able to build it and get it to us quickly. The day of delivery, we were given a sheet of paper that said no refunds or exchanges are offered by this company. We were very concerned that this was not told to us at the time we ordered and purchased the mattress. This would have made us wary of purchasing such an expensive item without any recourse. There is a good chance that we would have left the store and not purchased it at all. We did not plan on any problems with the mattress so we were not very concerned.
  After delivery, we looked forward to a good night's rest in our new bed. Unfortunately, we have not rested well for months. Our bed is very uncomfortable. We have been back to the store, four times and called several times. We tried numerous things they suggested to make this mattress more comfortable. They finally took the mattresses back to their factory and cut them in half and glued them back together to make it more firm. We had strong doubts about that but were willing to give it a try as there were no other options. Long story short, we are stuck with a very uncomfortable bed.
  I hope this review will make the next buyer be better informed. I would never have purchased anything that could not be returned if it did not meed your basic expectations. We are disappointed in the lack of quality of this product.
