Always enjoy going to thier sales. They are well set-up and priced according to the value of the items at each individual sale. The employees are always friendly and ready to assist anytime you need help.

This is the most dishonest company *** ever come in contact with. I did not sign a contract to use this company, but later discovered the lady I was working with was an employee or friend of the owner, using his signs, cards out promoting the *** and his involvement with pricing. They only came over the night before And everything was not priced. I asked about my family coming a couple days before the sale and was told once pictures go up on the website that nothing could be sold or put aside until after the start of the sale. I understood and agreed only to find out later that the employees were able to not only buy stuff before the sale, but also pick the price that they were gonna pay for it and I had several items that shouldve been priced for a higher price then what was paid for them. I found items missing in my kitchen (after I told them nothing in there was for sale so that area was off-limits and blocked off) so I looked back on my camera only to find the owner purposely turned my camera around and proceeded to go through every kitchen cabinet in my kitchen. you hear the cabinets opening and closing and stuff coming out of them. When I asked about it, I was told the camera fell over but you can very well see him doing it. They had three people working the day of the sale, but all three of them were in the driveway and nobody upstairs people going in and out of the front door, which was supposed to be not allowed but their idea of blocking as a no exit was putting a couple of green stickers across it You can barely see instead of a larger sign. I had my hallway blocked off with a sheet but people were going down there going to the bathroom, which was trashed. They threw empty boxes and food on the side of my house then blamed customers. The second day she hung around only long enough to get her 30% and was supposed to come back later since it was raining. Did not return. Money short, according to my list They did not bother to keep one

Do not use this company for estates sales. - On day of sale had one staff person on site to cover a 3-story home. Needed a person on each floor. The one person set in the basement garage the whole time. People were going out the front and back door with items without paying for them. I had to stop them, when I caught them, who knows how many people I didn't catch. In their contract they do not like the owner to be on site. I am so glad I was. -Sold items that were marked "Not for Sale". -Noticed after the fact that people had taken price tags from lower cost items and switched them to higher price items. Even though the person from CK Sales had originally put the price tags on all the items. He should have caught this when people were paying for the items.-Like the person who has a complaint below, they had regular buyers who I believe they set items aside until the price dropped on the second day so they could buy them.-The person on site showed up the 2nd day when the prices were dropped in half and said he was buying a very expensive piece of furniture for someone and would pay with credit card. Never know if it was paid for or not but he left with it.-On my security camera saw the person on site carrying some items to his vehicle. Don't know what they were or if paid for. -They do not track what is sold and for how much, so you have no idea that when you get your payment, and they keep their 30% if it is correct. Based on the items that were for sale and taking into the account the prices were reduced on the 2nd day, I would say they kept probably 70 to 75% of the gross sales instead of 30%,-They say most people pay by credit card, but I saw no record from the credit card purchases. I saw most people paying cash. And of course, like I said they do not keep track of what is sold and for how much. -I am very much against government regulation in business but if this is the way estate companies operate then they need to be regulated.
