    Took about a month to schedule a consultation and after the consultation, another two weeks to schedule installation appointment--had incorrect phone number. Installers came out at 1/30/2024 1:00 p.m., left about 4:35 p.m., and black dust is everywhere. Also, installer removed small strip from wall (advised it was a backsplash) but did not replace it, so the wall is awful with imprint of butcher block and and unfinished with hole in the wall. There was a problem with leveling of cabinet in which the installer's boss was placed on the phone and was able to rectify the problem, stating " 3/4 inch off which is not abnormal." I advised to continue with project and inquired about not being made aware of issue after initial measurement. Was advised that they contacted **** about the backsplash installation issue. As of today, no response from ****. I was advised by plumber that installer pulled out white piping from underneath sink without unscrewing nut--plumber stated "looks fine but may have to be rebuild"-NOT. Installer removed caps from garbage disposal wiring--left hot wiring exposed.The is a terrible business model -- should include plumbing disconnect and reconnect in the installation because local plumbers are running a scam of $1,000 minimum to perform this simple chore. I used a local handyman at a reasonable fee of $99.00.I just discovered a hole in the wall where the small strip (backsplash) was removed and not replaced.

    I retrieve all complaints regarding Maranatha! The issue is a misunderstanding regarding the uneven cabinets. The operations manager did an inspection, and the installer did a great job in leveling out the cabinets, leaving a gap in which I must contact a handyman to make the adjustments. Also, there was confusion regarding the backsplash, and it will be replaced in a couple of days. Therefore, I am retrieving all complaints, and I have no legitimate complaints about this company.

    Complaint In 2021, Maranatha was contracted by ***** Homes to install granite countertops in my $300,000 home. All of the countertops has some irregularities. I have spoken with Maranathas Field Supervisor (******************* ************) twice at length. *** (***** Home ************) has also spoken with Will. Will specifically stated to me that he would speak with the owners of Maranatha for a resolution and he would get back with me. For the second time, **** hasnt kept his word on getting back to us with an update. This company doesnt act with integrity. My husband and I were willing to comprise with just an attempt on the island countertop, still nothing!We have to wonder, if we were Caucasian would we have been treated so nonchalantly, ignored and dismissed so quickly.Thank you for your time.Regards,
