    I wanted to share my concerns. I love my house in ************; however, they crapped on me bad with my back yard. I've followed advice they gave me concerning watering my yard no positive results. They refused to do anything about but see the yard isn't warranted. I've been in my house 10 months, and the back yards looks like this mid-summer. They gave me a fake customer-care number and email that no-one ever answers or returns. I've emailed ***** ****** and Katt ******* No SUCESS. Now, check the prices on the houses in stage 2 building, then tell me who would be okay with this. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. Based on soley our interaction and concern with them, if I could rate them a ZERO I would. Sad several neighbors have communicated this same thing happened to them. They also refused to reply or respond back.

    PLEASE BUILD YOUR HOME WITH SOMEONE ELSE We used Valor to build our home in 2021. They promised it would be completed by Dec 2020, then January 2021, then they said March 2021...I was due with our first baby in March, so I told them that was unacceptable. They quickly got the job done, but then the first 6 months of my child life was construction guys in and out of our home. Fast forward to 3 years later, we had to have ALL of our floors replaced. The *** was starting to lift/crack/chip etc. When the new floors were installed we understood why. They failed to put a pad down so we were walking on straight concrete. My babies were falling and hitting their head on straight concrete. I contacted Valor about the problem and the only response I received from them was "our warranty department will reach out to you." It has been 3 months and NO ONE has reached out. Literally the worst company. So save yourself some money and build with someone else.
