    I scheduled a move for January 3, 2025. The three movers were very young and didnt know how to move or breakdown items properly. I had two-bedroom suites, living room suite, wash/dryer, boxes and bags to be moved. The movers got started at 9AM. These ***s were very slow. They took one box at a time to the truck. My son, friend and I start bringing boxes to the truck to make it easier and faster for the ***s. I paid for a service that I/we must help to move furniture to make the process faster. I do not know where my screws and legs are to both of my beds. I gave them Ziploc bags to put the screws in and they did not say anything about it. My TVs were laying in the middle of the road while cars drove by. They did not take pride or care for my items. My sofa is cream. They didnt take the time to wrap it with a blanket while moving it from the house to the truck. I have dirt stains on my couch from sliding in the truck. We also had to help unload the truck. Once again, my items were all over the street. People had to ask the movers to move items out the street so they can get through. The move should have taken only 4 hours. Unloading was a slow process; we had to help them again with you all dollys. I have pictures showing us helping to move my items into storage. They were complaining about not eating or using the restroom. Taking breaks while sitting on my furniture or boxes. They would jump up when I walk by. Again, they would have gone quicker if they wouldve moved faster. I called the office to complain about what was going on and the *** said he would call me back. He never did and its 20 days later. I paid for a service and the service was complete with the additional 3 other people. My rate/cost should be reduced or refunded. I paid for movers to move my items not us. I told the mover I wanted to be done by 5pm. It doesnt 8 hours to move. I could see if I was moving a whole house.

    Easy Moves performed my house move on 8/5 and damaged my floors. They were immediately notified and given photo evidence. I have been seeking to collect payment for the repairs for 4 months and have visited the owner in person. I have not gotten any reply or returned phone call/ email. The balance owed to me is $665.

    Horrific moving experience with this company and I had to unfortunately go through it twice. The first move (6/12/23) we had several damages to our old and new home. Later on, it was confirmed by other staff of the company that the moving lead uses drugs and was high during the moves. We had to move again unexpectedly (6/30/2023) and they were the only company available so I gave it another shot which was a huge mistake. The moving crew stood around for hours doing absolutely nothing. They gave a stranger who did not work for the company my address and who showed up during the move. They damaged several more things in the old and new homes. I documented all these things in the provided timeframe and now they are claiming to have not received anything. Do not for any reason use Easy Moves.

We've thoroughly investigated the situation and can confirm that our mover passed a drug test, ruling out any involvement with drugs during your move. We also acknowledge the $75 reimbursement credited to you on your second move. In reviewing our email exchange, we noted your initial damage claim was successfully resolved and closed out. Unfortunately, we never received any subsequent damage claims from you, as per our records. We requested you to resubmit them, but you became angry in response, threatening many different things. Again, we request you resubmit your claim please, so we can have a better understanding of what exactly is damaged. Thank you and have a great day!

    I am rejecting this response because it is completely and totally untrue. We agreed that the job would not exceed the top end of the estimate, and there was never any discussion of charging extra money. I confirmed all of this with your office, and the simple fact is that you tried to stick your hand in my pocket. You admitted this and apologized for it like a decent person, but thats obviously an act, because here you are trying twist facts again. You admitted on the phone that everything I said is correct and that you are in the wrong. Did you not? My account is true and your account is false. Plain and simple. I wish you all the worst in life, and I pray that human filth such as yourself gets what is coming to them.

    Thanks so much for voicing your concern, here is the explanation of the breakdown for your move:

    Crew arrived at 9:00 am, left the unload at 11:45 am, with 30 mins down for lunch brings your total time of **** hrs x $198 = $445.5. The Set Travel charge for the crews time round trip was 1.5 hrs x $198 = $297. $445.5 + $297 = $742.50. You opted to pay with a card, which yields a 4% processing fee, so $742.5 x **** = $772.20.

    You stated you only had $700 on your card, to charge the remaining amount at the end of the week, in which we did. After ************** decided to call the office and scream obscenities and threats at multiple employees for not giving him the reduction he demanded on his move, we felt it was best to not have our team succumb to any more threats and harassment, so we gave him the $72.20 off his move in good faith we will not have to involve local authorities of anymore of his conduct.
