      ON AUG 15 2024 MR ********************** DID A ONE TIME SPRAY TO GET RID OF TINY **** ON OUR COUNTER AND BATHROOM, THE **** DID NOT SEEM AT ALL FAMILIAR WITH THE PARTICULAR *** WHICH I FOUND UNUSUAL SINCE HE IS AN EXTERMINATOR. I PAID HIM 125. THE NEXT DAY THE **** WERE BACK. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THEM TO COME BACK OUT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME ANOTHER 125. THEY DID NOT SOLVE THE *** PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME, SO WHY WOULD I PAY THEM AN ADDITIONAL 125? I WOULD LIKE A REFUND SINCE THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. THANK YOU.
