    Absolutely abysmal customer service. Slow, unresponsive, and the project manager/owner was incredibly rude and swore at me because I was questioning an absurd charge on the estimate. Wholly unprofessional, rude, and ridiculously over-priced. Choose literally anyone else.

    **** As we previously attempted to explain to you the pricing on your insurance estimate was set by the insurance carrier not Watermark. As the owner of Watermark I can confirm that during the referenced conversation we attempted to explain the cost and estimate to you. No one swore at you and it was you that cussed at and disrespected us. We wish you the best of luck in finding a contractor to complete your needed repairs for a price that you deem acceptable.
