      I went to pick up a birthday cake. The round, strawberry cake. **** looked on the sheet and told me that my order wasnt scheduled until May 15, 2023 (Monday). I told him I just need a refund. He insisted on getting another cake. I was satisfied with the offer. He kept on assisting other people. So at this point, ** getting frustrated. A worker came from the back saying she messed the cake up. Another worker asked me what was going on because hes all over the place. I had errands to run for my birthday is what I told her. I asked for my refund and he got bothered but Im the one who should be bothered. He told them that I didnt want the cake. I traveled from ********** to Northportt. I will never buy a cake or a muffin from your establishment!! I guess Im too black to shop here.
