    This company was supposed to clean the vines off of my front porch. They shattered my storm door and sent my niece a text message after the fact and claimed they took the attached picture BEFORE any work was done. The text message sent tries to attribute the door damage to weather. When we got home, the entire door was shattered in pieces. I researched, and according to the information I found, a storm door may shatter when there is an extreme temperature difference on different parts of the glass. As this occurred on November 16, 2022, and the weather had not had extreme changes, their claim is highly unlikely. In addition, a door shattering due to temperature extremes would tend to crack perpendicularly. As evidenced by the photo he took from the yard, you can see that the porch has already been cleaned off and the pots were placed in my flower bed. You can also see that the crack appears to be in a diagonal over the wreath on the door. My niece has called and left multiple messages for *** concerning the door, and he did not bother to respond until today when I threatened to report them. First he claimed no work was done prior to the picture he took. Then he claimed that the guy had only moved the pots. Every time my niece pointed out a hole in his story, he'd adjust a little bit. All along, he keeps insisting he and his employee are honest and would admit to breaking the door if they had. Then he claimed it would only be $120 to fix the door. I've already priced it and it will be more than $400 to purchase a new storm door and have it installed. He tried to disguise the fact they'd already done the work by taking the picture from the edge of the yard. You can zoom in and see that the porch has been cleaned of vines. They somehow hit the door and cracked it, which caused it to shatter. When he was told we would take action, his response was "Good Luck".

    We hate to hear this customer complaint as we put customer service first at our company.  We tried to satisfy issues that the customer had on more than one occasion, but felt we could never satisfy the customer.  Our service Manager made several visits to the property himself trying to rectify customer issues.  We issued credits and did not charge for certain services provided to the customer.  We got to the point that we took photographs before we performed any services for the customer because we didn't want to be blamed for any damages that we did not produce.  Ultimately, the Service Manager made the decisions to part ways with this customer at our discretion.  We did everything we could to assure quality services and transparency on our end.
