  Great communication. Very professional. Product is amazing and install was a breeze. I had terrible smelly well water. Water was also hard. Now its perfect and absolutely no smell. Great company and great product. Highly recommend.

  I have lime in my water and my Son-in-law recommend Aqua System to me. The staff in ****** AL is very friendly and knowledgeable . My wash comes out wonderfully soft and static free. I wish that I knew about Aqua System years ago. If you have lime in your water this is the way to go.

  AQUA SYSTEMS REPLACED A WATER DROP SYSTEM FOR ME. I use a large quantity water. AQUA initially gave me a 3.5 gallon storage tank. That was not large enough so they got a 15 gallon for me and every thing is working great. Thank you Aqua for your fine service, and quick responses. I am very satisfied with the system and their customer service. **********************************

  After spending thousands of dollars on this system and promised customer satisfaction, we are greatly disappointed in this business. They have horrendous customer service, excluding a technician named ******. Terrible communication. The water system we bought doesnt work! Trying to get a service technician out to help is almost impossible. There is only one number to call and the woman, ******, who answers the phone doesnt care to help. She doesnt pass on messages. Youll wait 24hrs or more to get a response. She contradicts what technicians say. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, dont hold your breath. We still havent heard back. I would have loved for things to have worked out great. We gave them so many chances. Coming to BBB was the last thing on my mind. Im not a complainer. I just feel that if you give thousands of dollars to a company, you should be treated with respect.

  Outstanding products, customer service and employee attitude!
  This is our 4th purchase as we left them with each home. They are also an impressive item that goes with the house.
  When people complain about the taste, odor, or excess chlorine in their water, this is the fix. Besides the chemicals in the public drinking water, you are also getting potential plastic products/residue when you drink nothing but bottled water. Instead of continuing to purchase your water, put your money toward good softer/healthier water for your body and even when washing clothes.
  You need less detergent.

  This is our fourth water filtration/reverse osmosis system due to changing homes. It has been a great selling point for the resell too.
  I can find no fault with the Aqua Systems product, customer service, or the staff. They are Top Notch on all areas. And the drinking and household water is the best!!!
  You won’t regret the purchase.

  Devon and Landon did an amazing job. They worked tirelessly to address every detail in the installation of our water treatment system. They tested the water once completed and answered all the questions my Beautiful Bride and I had. Ms. Tammy back at the office was right on time with all our calls and questions once Devon and Landon had left our home. Super thorough, courteous and very professional. I am glad they were recommended by James B****** of Dixie W****. Great investment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
