      Why can't I give no stars? They don't even deserve a single star. This company is a complete and total scam. The meat quality is so bad it's barely edible. They employ shady tactics, and charged my in-laws a $63 "event fee" which wasn't disclosed. The only way to engage their customer service is via ******** messenger. Their website claims they have a 7 day return policy, but they make it near impossible to make a return. I offered to do an in person return at an event a few days later then they blocked me. Do not waste your time or money you will be very disappointed.

      Absolutely horrible! All of the meat has been consistently disappointing. Ive encountered more gristle, tough cuts, and odd textures than I ever thought possible. Tenderness and flavor seem to be sacrificed in favor of higher margins, and its hard to justify the cost when the meat ends up tough and lacking in taste. There is no contact information on the website (ie, phone number or even an email). The only way to contact the company is via their FB page. I do not have FB. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      I would put zero stars if I could! The truck was in ******* recently. We went because They bait you in with a deal 20 ribeyes for $40 then say they ran out of that deal and talk you into one of $200 and up package deals. We went for the cheapest $220 which was difficult on our budget but we did it. Then they want a tip on top of that! Steaks and hamburgers were awful! Chewy steaks and hamburgers tasted weird! Very upset I didnt use my better judgement and walk away. A waste of $220 of our hard earned money!

      The quality of the meat is terrible. Very tough and lots of fat. The flavor was not good at all. I spent $264 for nothing. The Ribeyes they give you for $20 were not worth 1 cent. They weren't even 1/4" thick and mostly fat so if you cut them up for something you got very little meat.

      If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. The steaks are very poor quality especially for what you pay. They also don't tell you they add an event fee. I won't be buying from them again.

      I bought box of steak & got one freealmost $600. Most disgusting meat I have ever had! It is all super tough, even filet! Do not recommend and will never buy again!! The dog will enjoy it

      If I could give it 0 stars I would have! Worst place to ever by your steaks and chicken! They are rubbery, thin cut, poor quality-the Chicken smelled, was grainy, thin cut & disgusting! I wouldnt feed this meat to my dog!!Better quality of meat at ******* or Costco!Run! Dont walk to somewhere else!

      I contacted them when I got home that night and was unloading the meat to the freezer only to find out that the 100% beef patties had breadcrumbs added to them, and the 00% beef steak was mechanically tenderized and had a sugar solution added to it! This is unacceptable! I asked about the meat, and I asked if there was anything added and if it was grass fed, all the questions and was told all the right answers only to find out I was lied to! I contacted the salesman right away and he took his time responding and then said to contact the company, which I did and then they asked for a receipt which I provided and then they blocked me from messaging and won't answer the phone. I was ripped off. I thought well, I'm stuck with this so I tried one of the filet mignon only to find it is as tough as shoe leather and clearly not filet mignon at all. No beef flavor to the meat. Can't even imagine what it actually is. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this "meat" and the company.
