      Very rude staff. My AC has stopped working 7/5 in 100+ degrees weather and I have an ******. I called the emergency maintenance number for help. Rebecca was the one I spoke will she was very rude and unhelpful. She cut me off when I was trying to tell her which apartment I live in to see what was the problem then had to ask me again what my name and apartment number after she cut me off. I asked her will they be out today to look at the AC. She proceeds to say that he did not tell her she just relays the information. I have an ******! This week has had a heat advisory out. I have to make sure he doesn’t get too hot. At the end of the call she proceeded to say.. next time just tell us the problem first. Very unprofessional and not heart felt. I was told there is nothing they could do until Monday.
      When I came home Monday nothing was fixed, they didn’t even come into my apartment. On Tuesday, the *** I call the office over two dozen times before someone answered. When I finally spoke with Emily who is in the leasing office.. she advised me she does not know anything about my AC being out and that she would check on it and text me with an update. She never got back in touch with me. I had to email her manager to get her to respond. She responded in less than 10 minutes. She still did not have an update.
      Rental office staff is never there when I have an issue. When I put in a maintenance order it takes 3 days to get someone to come. There are not many units on this property for Residents to feel their needs and concerns are being addressed.
      The temperature in my apartment reached 90 degrees on Tuesday and that was with the window unit they temporarily placed in there. I have an ****** this is unlivable conditions.
      My dishwasher has never worked since I have moved here. I have put in many work orders.
      Pest control did not come into my apartment for 7 months.
      Overall same your money don’t mover here. And management does not care about their residents.
