    I am rejecting this response because: For one they are not telling the truth about coming to my house I have security system that would have picked them up on camera if they came to my door. I have been there every time they came. I had to drive to the store to find out why they didn’t show up and was told by the lady that works there that she would talk to the owner and find out why he did not come. I do not want to deal with dishonest people. I have had the same issue with this refrigerator since they brought I do not want a repair I want a replacement or my money back like I stated earlier they are just trying to let the warranty run out so that they don’t have to fix it. If they were really trying to help me I wouldn’t have had to reach out to the BBB in the first place.

I have purchased other items from this store and not had this problem. They are trying to let the six month warranty run out. I just want my money back and I will not do business with them again.

    She came in and scheduled an appointment, my service guy called with no answer, she live close to store so he went by her home, nobody answered so he left a card and we haven’t heard back, I have him calling her now to get see what’s going on with refrigerator. Previous problem was ice maker working but coming out door slow, so we went out and determined the ice at bottom of ice bucket was stuck together which is usually caused by door being left open, (not saying this was the cause) but that’s been nearly 2 months ago since we been there.
