    ****** warranty assigned the company, Thompsons Heating & Air on ********. Appt scheduled for ********. Technician came out on ********. Removed a part from my breaker box and never returned. Repeated calls to company to submit diagnosis to insurance company for approval. Thompsons (Marshall)never followed Thru and never returned and never returned my part he took from my breaker box. He complained of personal problems with getting new tires and other issues with his personal car. Insurance company suspended the company from accepting any more calls until they finished mines. There was No contact with Thompson heating since text in ******* so on ******** I requested they reassign claim to a new company. This business has no regard for business ethics especially when temperatures are low and Marshall was aware that I had a sick elderly person in the home. At here has been no response to my repeated calls and text messages to Marshall with the company asking that he return the part that he took out of my breaker box.

    I did go over there and it was to check her heat and went under the house seen that she had a bad inducer draft motor on her furnace and when I come out from under the house she had told me that her ear wasn't working as well so I'm looking at it and saying that it wouldn't getting power I went to the breaker box and seen the breakers bad I told her I can get her another breaker I said I'll try to claim it through the **** Warranty company and I actually went and bought another breaker that day and when I submitted the stuff to ****** **** Warranty I I didn't get a response back from him right away and then I I was told that the lady had requested someone else come to her house you know another company so I didn't go back by there then I don't remember exactly when it was I was trying to find the stuff on my phone but I can't remember her phone number I seen where she trying to get in touch with me and was upset that I hadn't brought the stuff back to her but I told her that the homework to come and he told me that she wanted someone else when I was there working me and her got along fine we were joking around and everything but I really don't know what happened but I told her I'd bring it back to her and I did take her the breaker it when I got to her house she told me to put it she has like a brick but like a wall around her house like I think it's a brick wall it might be it might be wood I might go swear to it but at the gate though that is I believe in and she told me to leave it on the the breaker on the post and I can't remember if I left the old one or if I give her the new one that I bought I think I left the old one because I mean you know I mean she was threatening me and everything and I really didn't understand where it all come from when I was there I mean you know me and her got along fine and you know I told her you know it sometimes I know right away from the homework to cut me and sometimes I don't but whenever I got something from him it was just saying that that she had requested somebody else so I really don't know what happened but I did take her back the breaker that you know I took out of her panel box you know what I'm kind of come to see is *****'s home warranty companies you know we just started doing choices work probably 2 months ago and there's there's a lot of miscommunication between the **** Warranty company the customer and the the air conditioning companies you know they don't tell us a lot and then you know the customers look nice for it for all the answers and we don't know it but in in her case I don't know why she had requested somebody else I mean we were getting along fine and and yeah I don't know I mean I'm sorry this happened but I just don't know what happened I don't know washing request anybody else that's why I didn't take the thing back over there originally it's because she request me not to come or is what I was told by the **** Warranty company
