      *** ** 2022 BM Services was contracted to do water restoration and repairs to my home due to water damage with a completion date of ******2022. Company has failed to complete contracted work and has left many safety issues uncompleted as well such as face plates left off electric outlet boxes, 220 dryer plug danglind, smoke alarm system dismantled and unusable. We have a three yr old and another child on the way. Both parties have stopped taking my calls or texts. There are many other issues they failed to repair and soom that they destroyed during their attempts to so call repair such as dismantling the front porch railing. The owners Jared B***** ********** and Steve M***** *** *** **** have demonstrated no desire to correct these actions nor comply with *********** request for added information. I request that the company complete the job with an independant inspection upon completion, a $100 daily refund per every day they fail to meet work completed and inspected date. Replacement of front porch railing and an itemized billing they submitted to me and the insurance company. As the company I have found out possesses no business licenses for any AL or GA locations they be banned from conducting any businesses. I have found no federal or state tax numbers for the business as well and plan on submitting federal and state tax fraud charges to the IRS and states of AL & GA.
