I have had no response from MailBag on a claim I filed in November 2023. I mailed some plants to a friend and it was delivered to another residence and I filed a claim with ***** and they stated I need to have MailBag file a claim so I had MailBag file the claim. I have sent several emails to MailBag and never received a response and I have called several times and today I was told “good luck” when I told her I would get an attorney involved. The plants I mailed I have had since 2021. I have emailed the required information to MailBag and still no response. I called ***** to check on the claim and they stated MailBag needs to file on my behalf and I relayed that information to MailBag and it has not been done to this day and no follow up has been done about my claim. When I spoke to the manager today and asked her about a follow up and why it hasn’t been done and she said nothing. I did tell her I was going to get an attorney involved and all she said was “Good luck” and hung up. I paid well over $30 for each plant as I had 2 of them in the pot and mailed them to a coworker and they were delivered to an incorrect address. I had the correct address but they delivered to an *** address instead of a ** address I want a complete refund plus the cost of the plants as they can’t be replaced on the size pot I purchased them in.
