    Paid Phenix monument $450 on Feb 23, 2024 to inscribe ****** ******** death date on marker purchased from them. Marker is at ******** ****** gardens, ****** ***** *** After 5 months of promises made and not kept to do this, nothing has been done. Have requested a refund as I have hired another company to inscribe death date. No response from company requesting refund.

    SCAMMERS! OUR FAMILY PRCHASED A GRAVE MARKER FOR OUR MOTHER/ GRANDMOTHER, WE PURCHASED IN JUNE OF 2023 AND IT IS NOW JULY OF 2024. WE HAVE BEEN REPEATLY TOLD THE MONUMENT WAS IN DELAY DUE TO SHIPPING WE WERE PROMISED IT WOULD BE SET UP AT GRAVESIDE IN 6 MONTHS AT PURCHASE DATE. I HAVE PERSONALLY SPOKEN TO THE OWNER AND HIS FATHER AS RECENTLY AS MAY 0F 2024 AND TOLD THE MARKER WOULD BE AT THE GRAVE SITE BY JULY OF 2024. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GRAVE MARKERS OR HEADSTONES FROM HERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST, FRADULATN AND THEIVES UNDER A BUISNESS NAME. PREYING ON GREIVING FAMILIES IN THE WORST TIMES OF THEIR LIVES.

    ******22 I paid $1557 to have a headstone made and placed with Phenix Monument Co. I was told it would take 6 months for the company to place the headstone at the gravesite. Today is ****/23 and no headstone has been made or placed at the site. I want a refund.
