    I was given the wrong auxillary battery for my 2015 chevy ****** on 8/14/2024 by the an employee by the name of Robert, the employee stated that they didn't have that exact battery I ask for a compatible battery for my car he search on the floor and pick up a motorcycle battery 12v which I ask him was he sure this battery was going to work and I will not have to come back because of a problem with my car he said no.He went back to exchange the battery out twice, it took him an hour to install this battery and stated that the extra piece for my battery would not be needed. A couple days later after driving on the wrong battery I started getting error codes and my car not going after mashing the gas petal my kids told me that the car was rolling back when it goes to auto start after you come to a complete stop and not touching the car in a week in a half and this is my only car I had to pay for lyfts for my kids to go to school and to get from school. On Saturday I had someone to come check it out and all error codes were coming up and I was advise not to drive the car until I take it to the dealership, I went to start my car the day before labor day my engine light came on and my power steering and drive with care light came on and my car was locking and unlocking. On labor day my boyfriend had someone else to come look at it and my car would not turn over he said your battery is dead. I didn't have any problem with my car until the incorrect battery was put in my car. I talk to the district manager and manger which they had to order thee correct battery which they had to come out and install which James after tge battery was installed he ask me to start my car and it wouldn't he had to go get a jump box and told me to let it run for 30 minutes. After a day or two my car was running okay until my kids told me on Friday that my car is still doing tge samething locks unlocking and locking and error codes still popping up. Now I have to take it to a dealership.
