    I made contact with this business on/around **** *** **** to have them come to my property to give me a quote to remove a small tree stump from my front yard. I had already contacted *** and I even gave ***** ****** a copy of my order for the marking of my yard. I decided to allow Wikoff Stump Grinding to remove the roots and stump for $90.00. Once I looked at the work performed, I let ***** ****** know that he still needs to remove roots and get the one root that is sticking straight up out of the ground. He is now giving me the run around about completing this job that he has already been fully paid to do. Each contact with ***** ****** just allows him to give me excuses why he has not returned to complete the work. I have plans for that area of my yard, and his refusal to return to finish the job is holding me up. He is not being professional in this instance.

    I spoke to a BBB representative on ****** and informed her that I had attempted to reach out to Ms *******. But was unable to because her phone number was incomplete.  The BBB rep told me she would extend the response date by 3 days.  I was finally able to get in touch with Ms ******* ****** and arranged to have a face to face meeting with her ****** evening.  We met, discussed the job and the follow up that had been done.  I asked Ms ******* if she was satisfied with the job at that time and she said yes and that she would be able to move forward with her yard project now.  Ms ******* also stated that she would contact BBB to let them know the issue had been satisfactorily resolved.
