    I ordered in January 2023 a well drilling machine from HydraFab. They shipped the item via *** freight in March 2023. During shipping the pallet was broken and 16 of the drill rods were lost during transport. Also the drilling bit was supposed to be 8 inch, they sent me a 6 inch. I immediately contacted hydrafab and informed them of the problem. *** told them to file a claim with *** and they would reimburse Hydrafab the cost of the lost parts and cover shipping to me the replacements. To date I have been promised multiple times they would ship the replacements to me. After many broken promise ship dates they no longer will take my phone calls or answer my email messages. They last promised to ship to me at the beginning of May here it is almost June and I can no longer get ahold of them. I need them to ship me the missing 16 drill rods and the 8 inch drilling bit I have paid for. Right now I have paid for a useless drilling rig. They have many broken promises and multiple missed shipping dates, now they are no longer taking my calls or answering my messages, I don't have faith that I will get the missing items.

    I am very sorry for the inconvenience, we have been dealing with many of these damaged shipments, almost every one is damaged. Also, we have been struggling to get the steel materials to make the drilling rods, all the suppliers had dropped back on materials since the plague. Right now we are waiting on the heavy material to make the joints for the drill rod, we are expecting it at any day. I will make sure that your bit and drill stem goes out as soon as we receive the materials, I think we can have it packaged and ready to ship by the end of this week, June ***. Please don't give up on calling, we lost almost all our help so we are all in the shop working, but I will try to keep a portable phone handy at all times. Thank You, Tim K***
