    I hired Crystal Clear Environmental to perform Mold remediation and testing on my house. They came to the house and spent two day cleaning. I paid **** $2,500.00 for the work. After they left, I found considerable visible mold remaining, thousands of dead bugs remaining. They returned and did a poor job of finishing the work. I have pictures available. I wiped down the moldy surfaces with Microban, and vacuumed the area. Every time I move a box, more dead bugs are present. I have texted **** repeatedly to come do the follow up air quality test contracted for, but he has refused to answer.

    This customer was informed from the initial inspection that the entire house needed to be remediated. He was very adamant in expressing that he only wanted the basement remediated. He was made aware that our company could not warranty the work, as the entire house needed remediated. We reduced the initial price given to cover only the space remediated. We also offered to place air scrubbers at the least in the rest of the house at no additional charge. The customer did not want to do anything in any area other than the basement where there was significant about of visible mold, especially around the **** unit from a prior moisture issue.We performed remediation in the basement area according to proper protocol. The customer contacted our company and asked that we come back and look at certain areas of the basement. We did and brought a crew back out to address his concerns in  the basement again, even though most of the areas he was concerned about were not growth. We went ahead and cleaned  the entire basement again. We once again stated that the rest of the house needed remediation and was denied. Once we were finished with Remediation, the entire team and the customer inspected the entire basement and the customer stated all was great and he appreciated everything.  We are a mold remediation company, not a pest control service. All basements have bugs and, because he has treated the area for pest, they can be found dead. That can happen within an hour or so from when you leave it. We cleaned any debris, bugs, dirt from all areas of the basement both times we were there.
