    I bought a ** front loader washer for $400 on September 30, 2022. I was told that the washer included a 6 month warranty. This warranty was printed on my receipt. The washer was delivered the same day and the delivery man was super nice. He started a washing cycle before he left. Once he left within 10 minutes or so the washer gave a error code. Upon looking up the code it showed it was the pump that was not working. I called immediately and was told that they would come out the next day to repair it. It has been 2 weeks now and all my calls are either ignored or I am told that they will call back to set a appt to come repair the washer. None of my messages are being answered now. So basically I bought a washer that I will have to pay someone else to repair because it was delivered with a existing broken pump.
