    Our experiences with the team at Devan Lowe have been positive. They know their products, and try to get to know potential customers well enough to match their needs with a vehicle. We notice they have repeat customers, which encourages us to shop with them. We feel welcome at Devan Lowe, and recommend them to our friends!

    The team here will go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable but efficient experience. They truly have your best interests at heart and just want you to drive off in the perfect car for you at a price that you can fall asleep happy with that night; I really appreciated how much effort my sales specialist put into making sure I was comfortable (literally and metaphorically), and the financing aspect wasn't nearly the daunting experience I'd been led to dread. Thanks to the efficiency and dedication of each part of this vast moving process, buying a car was more exciting than it was stressfulthat's worth a lot and the way it should work!

    The finance manager is very rude and unprofessional and apparently doesn't know how to treat the customer with respect...I highly recommend never too use this dealership...

    I visited the service department per a pre-arranged service appointment at the time prescribed this past Wednesday, **** hrs, 27 December 2023. Upon arrival, I was met with unprovoked and incomprehensible hostility from a service writer by the name of ******. I am new to ******* and a disabled veteran who has served this great nation for better than 40 years. I treat everyone with dignity and respect because one's happiness and peace of mind matters to me; however, in latter 2023, was met with such unprovoked disdain and unprofessionalism. Being a person of color, coupled with the demographic ratio in the greater Etowah County / ******* area, couldn't help but feel disenfranchised because of my physical disposition, to wit, I have no control and wouldn't change if afforded every opportunity. In choosing this dealership, I noted the numerous positive reviews on its website; however, never took into consideration that the authors, possibly, looked differently than I. In keeping with the same, I understand who's deemed appropriate as a valued customer and those of us who are not. If I must travel to ********** or elsewhere, I shall, but that dealership should see everyone as a person and not as some foreign form of f**** as I was treated. The business haven't a need to worry for they'll never see my likeness on their property, but it is important that businesses that harbor such a mindset are identified, exposed and avoided by persons they deem undesirable at every juncture so as to minimize adverse experiences because of ignorant minded prejudices. I am seeking of the BBB to inform people of color of the potentials of dangers in doing business with this dealership and/or service department for employing people like ****** who devalues certain segments of the community. It's notable that there's a church on, practically, every corner in the surrounding areas, but they hate their fellow man and love God... Bible Belt! Yeah, right!!! Pure Evil!!!

    We regret that you have this impression of our dealership. We serve and employ individuals from all backgrounds and would never discriminate. In fact, while you were here, we were selling a new vehicle to a very nice person of color. It is my understanding that you entered the service area and loudly and aggressively said Dont act like youre busy now. Youre going to help me. We reviewed our video, and you were in our service area for 51 seconds. After our service advisor, *******, a veteran of the ************* Air Force, realized you were upset, he called to offer a sincere apology of which you did not accept. Wed like to thank you for your service to our country and want you to know that we treat everyone as equals here at our dealership as weve been doing for forty years in business here in Rainbow City.
