    I'll start by saying the sales staff was attentive. Beyond that, I can't recommend this dealership. I live in ******* so I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I found online. After settling on a price, we waited a very long time to get our deal completed. In total it was around 4 hours. I was given a temp tag that expired approximately 20 days later. Three days before it expired, I called the dealership and was transferred to the finance manager and had to leave a message. Two days later I had to call back since I never received a return call. I was transferred to a title clerk that told they me they use a third-party company to verify the documents are correct before they send to the ********** and that a mistake had been made and it would be the following week before the documents would be forwarded to my **********. I had to go to my local tag office to get another temp tag that would give me 10 more days to get my permanent tag. On the day of expiration, I had to threaten to drive back to ******* before someone would actually get on the phone and speak with me. I was told the ** was on vacation, the next person in charge was busy so they finally put me with the finance manager that I had already left two messages with. I was told the tag had been sent overnight three days prior, was schedule for delivery, and would require a signature. Of course I was not at home to receive the package. Who can sit home all day and wait for a package?? It's now two days later and I do not have my tag and was told "you'll have to go to the *** location and get it since they couldn't deliver it". There is a GROSS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM at this dealership and I will never give them my business again. In the meantime I still don't have my tag and I'll have to track it down myself apparently.

    My car was purchased fed of 23. Within 3 weeks I started experiencing issues with both drivers side and passenger side window/doors. Its now 1/2/24 and the issue with the driver side door is still an issue. I cannot get anyone to respond or call back for service. Ive taken videos, pictures, taken off work to sit in the service department for hours to be told I have to bring it back another day. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 5 years from Toyota but I promise this is the last.

    Saw an ad on ******** on 1/26/23 for a 2019 ***** Ridgeline RTL-T for $28,538 which is an outstanding price. Almost too good to be true. Well when I clicked on it, it said "Vehicle No Longer Available". So why advertise it then? It actually SEEMS like faulty advertising to reel a person into clicking the ads. I mean the price was too good to be true in this market. Oh well.
