    Below is a statement that "Xtreme Equipment Rentals has posted on
    their Facebook page stating their refund policy June 14, 2025 @6:03 in
    reference to my dispute of me canceling my rental four days before pick
    up date. Obviously Thomas felt the need to post the cancellation policy,
    but as stated there is nothing shown, mentioned or stated on my receipt
    and paperwork I received about this policy.

    I’m making this statement for the customers that dont seem to understand how a rental works !!!
    If
    you make a ? reservation for an equipment rental … and you cancel it,
    you will not get a refund … when you rent and/ or reserve ?equipment
    …it is being held for you and cant be rented out to anyone else ….just
    because you decide you don’t want it anymore … doesn’t mean you can get a
    refund … we will work with you in reason. So please make sure you want and need the equipment before renting it and paying !
    And always remember your attitude determines mine !? there’s no need to be rude !
