    I ordered the soft wash system in February. Started making payments of $650+ I. February as well, the machine was not ready to pickup until April. When ordering they told me it would be a few weeks, not a few months. I ordered two extra stronger pumps with the machine they told me they would ship to me when the parts came in and still nothing no pumps. The only contact *** had from them was when I was ordering the machine, not once have they reached out to explain whats going on I e had to call many times and I get the same thing, (still waiting on parts) but the website says they have them in stock to come pick up. I e even called the financial company to inform them in July that I will be NOT making any more payments if my pumps are not in by the 21st of July. Against my better judgment I paid the July payment and still nothing, no calls, no emails, nothing from them since February. I called the financial company at the beginning of August and told them as of July 2024 that will be the last payment they receive from if my pumps are not at my house by the 21st of August. I will not pay for something I do not have any more, I dont want anything free I just want what *** paid for and what they agreed to sell me. No one will call me back and the receptionist tells me everyone is in the files working when I call. The guy I spoke to ******** when I was ordering will not call me or answer the phone when I call. The fact they cant communicate makes me wonder if Im the only one this has happened too. Im not one to not pay for something I agreed with but this will be the first if the pumps are not here before the 21st August 2024 I will STOP all payments. The total was little over ****** and Ive made 6 payments of over 650 since this not one late.

    Company re-screened my back porch 6/16/23. Trim began coming loose within 24 hours 6/17/23. Within another 5 days the screen began coming loose 6/22/23. After multiple requests repaired 6/29/23. When I returned from out of the country 7/12/23 more trim coming loose. Owner made aware 7/12/23. Screen coming loose also. Owner made aware 7/17/23. Another repair request made to owner 8/1/23 as more screen coming loose and has never been here to make other repairs. On 8/4/23 Owner said I must pay transportation fee of $30 for him to make repairs on his poor workmanship. Assured me would be repaired. It is now 8/28/23. Repairs have not been completed and owner not responding to texts. Minor repairs will not remedy the problem. The screen is cut too short so just pulls loose from nails. Only remedy is new longer screen in these areas.
