  Stay away. He is a con man. Signed a contract stating eight weeks. Two years in, he finally somewhst finished. It looks like $#@! and the pool won't hold water. He does not have a contractors license either. Stay far away from this joke. He doesn't deserve one star, but it made me leave something.

  The owner is a con artist. He has had several construction businesses, and has ripped off people with every one. He takes the money and runs.

  We were having a party and wedding on our back porch in May. We met with Pool Scapes (*******************) on March 27th to see about getting an outdoor kitchen and fireplace put in before the party. We met with him and looked at pictures of his jobs and gave him a deposit to start in three weeks for an outdoor fireplace and kitchen. He told ** it would take 3 or 4 days per section. After several excuses, on Friday April 29th, I told him we needed to cancel the job if it could not be started and completed within two weeks. He said he would see what he could work out and let me know. On Monday May 1st, he sent me a message that morning that they were getting everything, and they were going to work through the weekend and would finish it. They did show up and start. On the next Tuesday, I told him I was concerned that they were not going to finish the project based on the work that had been completed, and pointed out that the fireplace they were working on looked crooked. He basically told me they had to adjust it and that they had built 100 fireplaces and it was built straight. He also reassured me it would be completed in four days and on time. The next morning, the ***** agreed it was out of alignment and told me he could make some adjustments to straighten it up. Over the next seven days they showed up 2 days. ***** would not come to meet with ** and would not show up or take our calls. At this point, its May 17th, the wedding is in three days, we have been left an unfinished project with debris and bricks lying everywhere. He has turned what was going to be a beautiful venue into an unfinished construction site. Yesterday, via text messages I had to tell him not to come back and we would be filing suit. I do not expect to recover anything as I have found several lawsuits and tax liens on record against him. Based on my experience this company is a sham and I would stay as far away from this man and company as possible.

  Pool Scapes owned by ******************* took over construction on our "********************* " pool. After Halloween He started working on the pool really well. However, A week before Thanksgiving he informed us that he had a couple of jobs to finish before Christmas. That was the last time any work was done on our pool. He always had excuses for not working on our job. Then the lies started "sound familiar". He told us he had ordered our pool liner and lights. That never happened. To make a long story short we did not get what we paid for. Be very careful who you hire. I do not recommend Pool Scapes. On the lighter side He said I was mean to him, and it hurt his feelings. That's what happens when you ghost someone who has paid you money to do a job.
