    Ive done business with this company for over three years never had a single problem. Product was new in package as an SOT. He is fast very responsive and it says on his website that he communicates via email, which I understand I wouldnt want everybody in the world, calling me all hours of the night either, I cant say enough about the company and their service. Its outstanding I would not hesitate to do business with this company one bit.

    Customer reached out to us with pictures of a direct thread mount that had a tiny bare spot in the nitride finish on the threads, while still inside the *** packaging. We responded that while the small blemish would not impact the use of the mount we would bring in the *** for their guidance and cc'd the ***. (As stated in our posted **&Cs, all product defect/warranty issues are handled by the ***.) Customer began making unfounded accusations that we damaged the product prior to shipping and then resorted to degradation of our business.

    There was no noticeable damage to the packaging in the pictures provided. We caused no damage to the part and the manufacturer's resolution is based solely off of our business relationship with them and the efficiency of our policy.
