I was very pleased with the young man that did the work on my heating and air conditioning unit and installed a new thermostat. He was very courteous and very respectful of my home. Im not sure if his name was **** or ****.

David, **** and the entire Johnson's Heating and Cooling staff were very professional and great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent! We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent home HVAC company. From start to finish everything was beyond expectations. Friendly and highly competent folks. They love their clients! Our family together have bought 4 home HVAC systems. Out of five stars we would give them ten!Johnson Heating & Cooling

5 starsSince Johnson Heating and Cooling started working with us we have had some troubles with the units, as one does with all electronics. Some of them were faulty parts some were user error. ***** has been very helpful and kind since day one. He always comes in a timely manner and with a smile on his face. He works with our schedules as my husband works ******************************************************************* at least late enough so we don't have to move things around too much. ********************* makes sure the issues are fixed and will make multiple trips if needed. Side note, but important all the same, he is also nice to our dogs which is more than I can say for other companies and other individuals.Review fromHeidi J

***** has always gone above and beyond for us. Even coming out after work on his way home. My husband's work schedule doesn't really afford morning/afternoons. Regardless, ***** has always tried to work around our schedule. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Even in the beginning when our Central air fried and we knew we had to replace it wit the same type or go with these wall units, ***** explained pros and cons of both ways. He gave us price ranges and even left us booklets with information about our otions. There was never any pressure to purcahse anything. ***** even told us to feel free to shop around and compare before making any decisions. He said he would give us the space to look everything over and make a decision. He would wait for us to call him if they were the ones we wanted to use. He did not call us to "check if we made a decision or to push us into using them." **************** is as important if not more so than the equipment they sell and ***** has always surpassed expectations.I would recommend ****************************** to anyone who is in need.Johnson Heating & Cooling
