Easiest and most honest car buying experience of my life! Ask for ********. She has extensive knowledge regarding financing and all of the cars on the lot. She is a straight shooter who applies zero buying pressure, but works hard to get customers in vehicles that fit their need and budget. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I will be returning to High Country.

I use the pick-up valet service where they come and get my car. They leave me a loaner if needed and then they return my car back to me with all the maintenance work DONE. Its really nice not having to take all 3 kids to the dealership and wait when I have no idea how long it will take. Also,they are never pushy or rude when it comes to something my car may need. When I tell them no or Ill have to see what my husband thinks theres never any rude comments. Sometimes I think being a woman,some places take advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars. 1 starI setup an appointment to review and possibly purchase a Used 2014 ***** Odyssey EX-L. I was going to pay cash if everything worked out. I setup an appointment with a sales rep named ****** who seemed very nice. I setup the appointment on Monday 2/26 to come down and look at the Vehicle on 2/29 a Thursday at 10AM. We messaged throughout the week confirming the appointment. I was coming in from 4 hours away When I was 1 hour out from the dealership I received a text they discovered an oil leak and were working to get the part and fix it. I arrived at 9:25 AM and the ****** showed us the vehicle and where the oil leak was which was a valve cover. He noted this was discovered during their inspection which I found odd that this wasn't done before hand. He also noted that were not able to test drive it until they resolved that issue. I also found this to be odd as oil leak shouldn't keep us from atleast driving it around the area to test the transmission. We spoke with the service tech name *****, another nice gentlemen who seemed knowledgeable. When speaking we asked about a transmission fluid cycle since service records didn't specify that had been done. They advised they would check and that the vehcile may be done at 2pm or the latest 4PM it would be fixed. At 2 PM we checked the status of the vehicle. It still wasn't pulled in but advised that it would be soon, when I asked about the transmission fluid cycle change they advised they didn't want to do that incase that caused an issue. This was another red flag to me but we waited in the service for another 3 hours waiting for an update. ****** went out for a test drive with someone so I spoke with service ***** directly to which ***** advised that he still hadn't had a chance to work on the vehicle. At this point it's 5PM and I have a 4 hour drive back. I had no updates in the 3 hours until I went and asked, I felt because this wasn't a new or larger purchase that I wasn't an important customer.Review fromKelly M
