    Horrible service. Doesn't guarantee or stand behind their work. Improperly installed plumbing and disposal. Leaking water everywhere. Beyond insulting office manager, ******.

    Customer was unhappy when calling into the office about invoice. Spoke with receptionist first and was unpleasant with her and the phone was then routed to the office manager, which is ****** and the customer would not allow the office manager to comment on the situation, she kept talking over the office manager and the office manager felt like the only way to deal with the situation was to credit off the invoice and kindly bid the customer good bye and told her to have a good day. It had been since July that the garbage disposal was installed and there has been no problems before that we are aware of. By ******* law the cord for the garbage disposal dose not have to be mounted to the wall. Back in July we replaced the existing garbage disposal but did not do any drain work under the sink. This is the notes form the July visit - 07-18-2023 - Shower drain was clogged with hair and some sort of hard substance. Removed with lone needle nose pliers. Bath tub **** up drain was clogged and stuck, fixed by taking apart and cleaning drain. Garbage disposal was broken and needed replaced. Used vacuum to remove the water and replaced the garbage disposal and made sure to check for leaks. Customer also wanted us to adjust a mixer valve on a shower. 10-13-2023 - On this visit the garbage disposal had been tripped and the reset button had to be pushed, due to being jammed. The customer asked to have the cord mounted to the wall and the tech did so. Again I apologize to the customer if she feels that we were out of line. We would have been glad to explained this to her on the phone if she would have allowed us to. If she has any other problems please let us know and we will do our best to figure out what we can do to help her. Again we are sorry about the situation.
