      I bought a vehicle from Merchant Honda in the Selma Alabama on Feb 10,2024 and today is ***** 28,2024. I bought this out of state as I reside in ****** Georgia, and to this day the vehicles title still has not been completed and title to Georgia DMV so that I may get it registered with my County of Gwinnett. I have contacted numerous times between the Dealership regarding these issues among others that my DMV has also stated is insufficient also. None of these things have been rectified and multiple times I have had to beg dealer for new temporary tags as the ones I had expired and I was driving without them. I communicated through phone and email still with no luck as title work and payments are always being sent back everytime. As of the 3 months that I have dealt with this I seek immediate resolution as I have never dealt with a business practice this terrible in my life. It does not appear Title was cleared prior to sale of Vehicle, and they are not owners of title of vehicle as it is title to original lien holder and owner which makes it not their vehicle to sale.

      We are terribly sorry for the confusion, but this complaint has been sent to the wrong dealership by mistake, I'm sure. 
      We (*******************) have reached out to the BBB to correct this concern with no luck. We hate that you had a negative experience, but are unfortunately unable to assist in the matter. 
      ******************* was the previous owner of this dealership, but it has since been sold to the Merchant Auto Group (about a year ago) but seems the contact info on this has not been updated. We hope that Merchant is able to get this resolved for you.
      So sorry again that we're unable to help.
