On 6/10/2025, I ordered a hat (baseball cap style) from Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. I was charged total of $35.11 on my MasterCard. To date (over a month later) I haven't received the hat nor have been given a refund. In the last week I've attempted to call Muscle Shoals Studio (left a voice mail message and explained the issue), I've also emailed them more than once. There has been no response and my ********** account hasn't been refunded. I would really like to receive the hat but I should get a refund if the company cannot deliver what I paid for.Business Response

The hat that was ordered has been on backorder since May but we did receive notification from our vendor that he is getting some in tomorrow. These hats are hand done by a local leather worker so they do take a little longer then some of our other hats but we hope to get them mailed out no later then the middle of next week. Better Business Bureau:
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in the end, provided I actually do receive the item I ordered. I'm glad the BBB received a response and an explanation, but it's not acceptable that Muscle Shoals Sound Studios never bothered to respond to my emails or phone calls. If they would have done so, this complaint would not have been necessary.

Order #****, almost one (1) year ago Ordered tee. Never came. Asked numerous times politely. No response. Filed complaint with BBB. Business said order on way. Never came. Filed again with BBB. Order placed 4/15/23.Contacted 2 weeks later after not receiving any communication; was told an item was not in stock, but had arrived. Received tracking 5/3. After no movement on parcel (tracking states **** awaiting item) I contacted again. Was told the next day that a case was opened, but that she (***) would send another package. I politely requested tracking. Never got a reply, now repeated attempts to contact go ignored. I don't even want a refund; I'd really just prefer to get the shirts purchased. Order total was $82.50. I even tried to contact director of organization, to no avail. Extremely unprofessional. I've spoken with 4 other people that have similar stories. I ordered a *** and Christmas ornament on 02/16/23 for a total of ***** dollars. Order number ****. I spoke with *** at ************ several times. Each time I was told there is a supplier issue with the merchandise. On 4/12/23 I spoke with *** at 10:10am. She stated she would send the **** but the ornament was still on backorder and hopefully the ornament would arrive in about 2 weeks. I still have not received the *** or the Christmas ornament. I have heard nothing from the company regarding the recently received *** and the missing Christmas ornament.
