    Aug 7, CP came to my home bc I had water leak onto my floor from my kitchen sink. I needed to replace my garbage disposal. CP quoted me high, I needed the work done as it was necessary. CP was at my home no more than 2.5 hrs. It took CP less than hour installation of new garbage disposal. Charged $99 service-call fee/consultation/labor, plus 20 minutes that CP sat at my kitchen table trying to figure out the "new billing system."Replacement garbage disposal was already in CP's truck, as CP has these on hand for quick/easy installation. Upon completion of work, I signed the ********* told me as it is a new (day old) billing system, he was unfamiliar with it. CP told me that within 24 hours, I would receive an invoice. I assumed that it would be itemized with the breakdown of charges. I never received my promised invoice. $641 garbage disposal replacement was high. I reached out to CP with my concerns, asked for the invoice & itemized bill to see the charges. ** only sent the receipt in which I signed the day of service. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill as it is my right & the law per Consumer's Bill of Rights to know what I paid for. ** said that they do not give itemized bills & that it is one bill where they charge the for incurred BUSINESS EXPENSES. I begged & pleaded thru several ********** just stopped responding. I believe I was over-charged. I can only conclude that shady business practices were present. ** refused to communicate with me after a certain point, I was never able to speak on a possible refund. If CP had nothing to hide, why could they not provide an itemized bill? This proves deceit, in my opinion. I had no other choice but to call my credit union & report this as FRAUD bc I have no idea what I paid for & why the bill was so high. I gave CP ample ****************** to provide the information in which I requested.

    This guy was awesome. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and showed me pictures of what was happening. He called around and found the water heater we needed to fit the space. Had to leave for another appointment he had scheduled, picked up the water heater on the way back. Returned around 5 pm, switched out the water heater and loaded the old one on his truck to take it away. He did all this for $*** LESS than the quote I was given eight months ago. By the way, my water heater is under the house so it was a real booger to switch out. He is clean, professional, knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend him.
